CANCEL & REFUND POLICY
Order once placed shall not be cancelled. Siddhivinayaka Enterprises will not accept any cancellations against orders paid for using online mode of payment (credit/debit card and netbanking).
Customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Siddhivinayaka Enterprises and accept Siddhivinayaka Enterprises’ decision regarding the cancellation.
Siddhivinayaka Enterprises also reserves the right to cancel your order in case of:
o Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
o Inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information.
o Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
o Any other reasons beyond reasonable control of Siddhivinayaka Enterprises.
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be returned back in your Credit Card Account.
Once shipped, we will not be able to consider cancellation requests, under any circumstance.
Refund will be done to the original mode of payment and will typically be completed in 7-15 days from the date of initiation of refund. Cancellations will be done as per our cancellation policy and we will cancel all orders within 7 days of receiving the cancellation request.
Please ensure that you inspect the shipment as soon as you accept it from the courier. In case of any physical damage to the outer or inner packaging, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery receipt document. Siddhivinayaka Enterprises retains the right to withhold refund/replacement of the damaged product if you fail to put a note about the nature of damage on the courier receipt confirmation slip.
In case the product you receive is in damaged condition although the outer packaging is having no visible damage signs than please write to us on email@example.com or inform us at customer care no. #9971120977 within 24 hours of the receipt of the product to register your complaint. Our logistic partner will collect the damaged product with all inbox accessory and you will be shipped the new product.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this Returns Policy, namely:
1. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
2. Any product without a valid hologram, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise hologram.
3. In some cases, items may not be eligible for return, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
4. We will not be able to consider any return / replacement / refund requests, under any circumstances after 7 Days of receipt of the product.
Note: All products are Insured against theft and damages incurred during transit. If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it.
The services rendered under this website are the sole responsibility of the website service provider (M/S Siddhivinayaka Enterprises). Philips shall only be responsible for genuine Philips products purchased through this website.
